If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund that payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or send a request through the support and feedback form inside the app and we will arrange it for you.
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
